Delete your account

Delete in the app

Open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion. This removes your Soludeck profile, practice history, progress, saved study settings, and access records.

Request deletion

If you cannot access the app, email support@soludeck.com from the address connected to your account. Use the subject "Soludeck account deletion request." We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Soludeck account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel store billing from your device subscription settings before deleting your account.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required by law. Those records are not used to restore your deleted study account.
