1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Soludeck websites, applications, practice questions, explanations, progress tools, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Soludeck, you agree to these Terms.
2. Educational Use Only
Soludeck provides educational study tools. Soludeck does not guarantee exam admission, exam eligibility, certification, licensure, a passing score, or any particular professional outcome. Soludeck content is not legal, medical, veterinary, financial, or professional advice.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account access.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Paid access may be offered through subscription or other billing plans. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, including Stripe. Prices, billing periods, trial periods, discounts, and cancellation options will be shown at checkout or in your account settings when available.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Soludeck, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk export content, reverse engineer the service, or use Soludeck content to build a competing product. You also agree not to upload or transmit harmful code, infringing material, or unlawful content.
6. Soludeck Content
Soludeck and its licensors own the platform, software, text, practice items, explanations, designs, and related content. Subject to these Terms, Soludeck grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own study purposes.
7. Exam Organizations
Soludeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by exam owners, licensing authorities, certification boards, or testing organizations unless explicitly stated. Product and exam names may be used only to identify the exams or fields for which users are studying.
8. Changes and Availability
Soludeck may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including content, features, products, prices, or availability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Soludeck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soludeck disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soludeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
